Russian-Uzbek UFC light heavyweight Bogdan Guskov will run it back with former UFC champion Jan Blachowicz. The rematch has been officially announced by the UFC.

The bout is scheduled for Aug. 1 at UFC Belgrade in Serbia. For Guskov, a former MMA Series standout, the fight represents a chance to settle unfinished business from his first meeting with the Polish veteran.

Guskov and Blachowicz first fought last December, with the bout ending in a majority draw. They will now meet again in the UFC light heavyweight division.

Blachowicz remains one of the most experienced names at 205 pounds and a former UFC champion. Guskov, meanwhile, continues to establish himself at the highest level following his move to the world’s biggest MMA promotion and now gets one of the most high-profile opportunities of his career.
