MMA Series welterweight champion Sergey Bobryshev is set to return to action at MMA Series-96, which takes place Dec. 12 at the International Boxing Center.

The Kuznya team representative is one of the most experienced and successful fighters in MMA Series history. Bobryshev has competed 21 times under the promotion's banner, compiling a record of 16 wins, four losses and one draw.

Bobryshev last appeared inside the MMA Series cage at MMA Series-92, when the Russian faced experienced Brazilian Arimarcel Santos in a bout contested under modified rules.

The welterweight champion will return Dec. 12 as part of the MMA Series-96 fight card.
